Curtiss P-62C FatHawk

When the USAAF introduced the P-62 fighter as a replacement of the P-40 Warhawk it was quickly named FatHawk by its crews because of its rather chubby looks.

In service the P-62 proved heavy and not maneuverable enough and it was quickly phased out of active service.
